Description
In these days,various information systems are applied to character recognition technology,which requires adaptable accuracy.For example,extremely low error rate is required for an account form reader,and low reject rate is required for a postal address reader since a post-processing technique can be applied for it.In this paper,the adaptable accuracy problem is considered as the problem of realizing given reject condition by certain reject decision method.A method achieves this goal is proposed,and presented with experimental results.The case it is applied to multi experts character recognition is described also.
