本論文は定在波法による誘電率測定において, 測定試料の後面を可動短絡面とし, 短絡位置を変えたいくつかの測定値を組み合わせ, 被測定試料の前面にできる定在波比若しくは定在波最小位置の測定のどちらかのみから複素誘電率を求める方法について考察したものである.
