In Kanazawa and Fukui, building sites were developed many parts of urbanization promotion area by land readjustment project until now. Therefore city function has been expanded more and more. In fact the number of built-up activities does not decrease in the recent land readjustment project areas. However it must planed the intensive city formation that utilized existent vacant building sites hereafter. In this paper it has become clear that trend of urbanization at land readjustment project areas in Kanazawa and Fukui. Moreover inspected difference of urbanization of both cities that enforcer is different by comparison of between Kanazawa and Fukui.
