Abstract

In the field of infrastructure development, the organization which carries out a project should make easily understandable information in order to establish a good communication. The information should be based on the solid foundations of trust and be visual for easy understanding. One of the easiest information for recipients to understand is the digital media which has attributes of reality, real-time, and interaction to establish collaboration with participants or stakeholders. The public administration should make a information that fulfill those 3 necessary conditions, through every phase of infrastructure development.
