An ideal management & production informationMarkets in Japan become to be mature and to be saturated in recent years. Management in manufacture requires new system which is able to correspond to diversity of customer's demand, cost down and reduction of production leadtime The manufactureing equipments and information systems should be to grow up to obtain superority in severe management environments. Strategic Information System(SIS) for managements is closed up,nowadays.Manufacturing companies are faced to several problems to slove and to improve within their organizations. Most of them adopt CIM or SIS in order to realize their ideal concepts. Computer Integrated Manufactureing(CIM)is considered to be one of the typical SIS in manufactureing companies. In this paper, total management system toward to Management Automation System (MAS)is constractured by SIS and CIM.
