Description
Document-based communication does not only require natural language processing like keyword extraction and summarization in the document, but also we should consider why each message is represented by the sender and how it can be accepted by the receiver. We are analyzing document for better communication considering the Relevance Theory proposed by Wilson and Sperber and applying the collective action model by Gould. For a case study, we would like to apply our contribution to regional embracing support networks conducted by the social welfare council in Japan. Concretely we aim at aiding for better communication by analyzing messages flowing on SNS among the network members, especially among the community social workers and the persons who need to be supported. This research is an ongoing work and we would like to discuss more for the future direction.
