Description
Dr. E. W. Dijkstra (Dutch Computer Scientist) proposed two decades ago the famous doctorine of "Structured Program Design". Since then, his principle became popular especially among teachers to avoid the so-called "Spaghetti". But, recently some practiced people prefer "Easily Executability" to "Easily Readability. This may be understood why the so-called Optimization of Fortran Programs (Vectorizations) are essential in the actual world of Super Computers. The old, common, lengthy programs may give place to the new, brief, compact codings based on the computer languages APL and/or J of Dr. K. E. Iverson. Various examples are set forth for this trend by the author.
