This paper describes an overview of Personal Satellite Communication Systems.Key technologies for Personal Satellite Communication Systems are explained classifying system technologies,earth station and terminal technologies and communication satellite technologies.Then,the concept and outline of major Personal Satellite Communication Systems are introduced. Finally,technological innovations -Intelligent systems for Personal Satellite Communication Systems are discussed considering integration of satellite and terrestrial personal communication systems.
