Description
In this paper, we define the effect of information investment as improvements in organizational productivity, and consider its possibility and condition of success. We adopt three factors - computer literacy, information literacy, coordination - as the parts that information investment has on influence in productivity. Moreover, using each learning curve, we analyze the relation between the introduction of information systems and productivity. And from the effect of simulation sampling with coordination, we study the relation between learning time and effect.
