Description
PHS is growing to a big business in the wirelss communication system. MODEM is used analog circuits as carrier's interface with ADC and DAC. In this paper, a new digital phase detector is proposed. The cicuit is the full digital processing of demodulation and the characteristics of detected phase, eye pattern and the bit error rate of HD81602TS 1chip MODEM LSI are shown.
