Description

Electronic information is easily reproduced and the development of the Internet and the development digital music compression technology has led to the problem of illegal copying of music. In this paper, we describe a technique that prevents an illegal copying without decreasing the benefit and convenience of this medium to the user. We explain the basic idea of this technique, called InfoBind, and how it is used in a contents sales system to prevent illegal copying. We also evaluate this technique when implemented for SolidAudio, a networking aukio system.
