Description

We found that a remote handshake by which you can spuriously shake hands with a remote person by a robot hand enhanced social telepresence more than a normal videoconferencing system. As a method of a remote handshake, We thought a method that an arm of a remote person connected robot hand on position, that showed a movement of a hand of a remote person and that a user operated a robot hand. We conducted an experiment to investigate Effect of Social Telepresence on a Method of a Remote Handshake.
