Calculations of Molecular Beam Flux from Liquid Source

説明

A calculation of the MBE flux from slantingly arranged crucibles containing liquid sources such as Ga and Al has been performed. The calculated and experimental results are in good agreement. The results also indicate that cylindrical crucibles are more effective in improving the uniformity of the epitaxial thickness than conical crucibles.
