Description
The time correlation function of velocity is found to decay with the power law for the orbit governed by a Hamiltonian, H=v^2/2-Mcosx-Pcos[k(x-t)]. The renormalization group technique can predict the power of decay for the correlation function defined by the ensemble average. The power spectrum becomes the 1/f-type for a special case.
