Description
It is well known that the tapered slot antenna has extremely wide bandwidth. In this paper, the tapered slot antenna fed with microstrip line was fabricated and tested at the X-band. The radiation properties ; radiation pattern, gain and bandwidth of this antenna are described. Moreover, the approximate analysis of this antenna is also presented. We confirm that the approximate analysis is in agreement with the experimental results.
