モデルベース開発など、ソフトウェア開発においてモデリングの役割が重要性を増しているが、モデルの規模や複雑さが増す一方で、ビジネスや技術の環境の変化が激しい状況で、利用するモデル間の整合性を常に保つのは困難なことも多い。我々は常に完全な整合性を求めず、一定の不整合を許容したモデリングアプローチの検討をしている。本稿ではそのための一技法として、近似的モデリング技法について概念的な検討を行う。Advanced software development techniques such as model based development use complementary models that are expected to be consistent. However it becomes difficult to maintain consistencies among large and complex models in recent rapid changing business and technical environment. In order to improve such situation, we are examining a modeling approach in which we allow some inconsistencies among models. In this paper, we propose an approximation modeling techniques as a technique that supports the approach.
