Description
This paper focuses on the subject of tracking the direction of arrival of 2-D plane wave observed in 2-D sensor. The 2-D adaptive AR model is used to estimate 2-D frequencies. To avoid interference among these spectral peaks, we propose high resolution spectrum estimation method by using weighting average between first and second quadrant coefficient support models. Furthermore, an efficient algorithm to estimate the locations of spectral peak is proposed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown through some examples.
