Description

In groupware definition, word "support" is appeared, however its meaning seems not clear. To clear its meaning is to get the evaluation items of groupware and it is useful for research, development and evaluation of groupware. We have defined the evaluation items in details using the idea of our cost reduction method (VEC), and applied them to a certain groupware.
