Description
This paper proposes a workflow system which co-acts with a database system. This system has three main functions : Data Store from workflow, Data Summarization/Visualization and Reflection to workflow. Data Store and Summarization/Visualization function are based on the definition of how information are collected, user's personal information and data dependency. Reflection function to workflow is based on transfer technology from visual and direct manipulation to business direction by manager. This system aims to support business process management which is not covered by previous workflow systems with only e-mail routing function.
