Description
In 1985 ElGamal proposed a public-key cryptosystem.It seems to be impractical due to both the amount of computation and the transmission efficiency compared to RSA scheme.However,ElGamal′s s cheme has the superior property which RSA scheme never has.In this paper,we propose a fast implementable ElGamal-like public-key cryptosystem,where both the amount of computation and the transmission efficiency are improved drastically.Also,its security depends on the difficulty of factoring a composite number of two large primes as RSA scheme does.
