Description

This paper shows numerical analysis of electromagnetic field power input from a magnetoron to a microwave oven. It is very difficult to treat the microwave whole system by using normal FDTD schme because of big difference between size of oven cavity and power supply coaxial line. From this point of view, Finite Integration Technique (FIT) sheme with sub-grid techinique is applied to simulate the whole microwave oven system.
