Description

We measure voice quality in the telephone band by using ITU-T P.861(PSQM), and discuss the network progress in the resent years, As the result, in the carrier class VoIP(Voice over IP)system, we must choice G.711 codec to keep the high voice quality as same as PSTN. In this paper, by using G.711, the network protects the voice impairment, and End to End delay is reduced, so QoS(Quality of Service) of required can be hold.
