Description

DC-DCコンバータの制御回路において、入力側と出力側の絶縁及び出力電圧の誤差増幅を行うためにフォトカプラとシャントレギュレータを用いた回路方式がよく採用される。この回路方式はフォトカプラ等の影響により位相遅れを持ち、コンバータの安定性に悪影響を与えることが分かっている。しかし、その特性についての十分な定式化は行われておらず、経験的な特性把握で設計しコンバータの制御回路に搭載しているのが実状のようである。そこで本稿では、制御回路中のフォトカプラとシャントレギュレータを用いた絶縁誤差増幅回路の設計法を検討する。
