Description
A 1V DSP chip for wireless communication applications has been designed, fabricated, and tested. It incorporates a number of architectural, circuit, and process features enabling 63MHz operation at 1.0V with an efficiency of 0.21mW/MHz. It is implemented in a 0.25um dual-Vt C-MOS process.
