Description
In organizational innovation, only re-designing of related structure and systems is often found inadequate. When carrying out organization innovation, organizational members themselves need to change their behavior related task into the expected direction. In this study, based on the changes, the significance of consciousness/behavior changes of organizational members and the process theory of such consciousness/behavior changes are elucidated. Additionally, it is demonstrated that it should correspond to the problems of conquering conflicts among members and the necessity for each organizational member to change along with the planned innovation.
