Description

This paper presents the novel educational method for passing a national examination onmarine engineer license. The web meeting system and the educational software are adopted as theproposed educational method. The lecture using web meeting system is tested for our students atour college. And educational software is utilized to study by themselves. These educational effectsare evaluated and discussed by the results of questionnaire to them.
