Description
'Michiyukiburi' was written by Imagawa Ryoshun, as an account of his trip from Kyoto to Shimonoseki through Sanyodo by a land route in the 4th year of Oan, 1371. 'Kyushu-michi-no-ki' was written by Hosakawa Yusai when he went to Kyusyu from Tango and then returned to Osaka through Setonaikai for the conquest of Shimazu in the 15th year of Tensho, 1587. This work seeks to show how 'Hachimangudokun' that included the story of the conquest of Sankan (ancient three Korean countries) by the Empress Jingu influenced both of the works mentioned above.
