Description

Three new compounds have been isolated from the pollen grains of Cedrus deodara LOUD, and these compounds were determined to be 7β, 18-dihydroxydehydroabietanol (III), 15-methoxy-abietic acid (IV) and 9-caflfeoyloxyhexadecanol (V) by chemical and spectroscopic methods. 7β- Hydroxydehydroabietic acid (I) and 15-hydroxyabietic acid (II) were also isolated.
