Description
Recently ATM Networks have drawed public attention as the base technology of B-ISDN. ATM Networks are classified according to the way to setup VCs (Virtual Channels). A type of ATM Networks is PVC (Permanent Virtual Circuit), and another is SVC (Switched Virtual Circuit). Generally, SVC has been issued by public. But PVC have not been argued, because they have difficulties to know the characteristics of their data flows in many cases. We have developed the VOD systems in a themapark. In the process of designing the Network Systems, We can show that PVC is available, if the service area is limited and application systems are definite.
