Description

It has been clarified that the percolation threshold is the transition of resistivity where a steep decrease in resistivity change into a mild one for carbon loading. The critical exponent of conductivity is satisfied with the universal law of t=2. Around the percolation threshold, conductivity changes as ω^1 and relative permittivity of composites is proportional to ω^y (y<1),where ω is frequency. Frequency dependency of conductivity below p_c is explained with the term of (σ_0+ωε_0ε_t"),where σ_0 is the contribution from the tunneling conduction and ε_0 the permittivity of vacuum.
