In the progress of system design and its development,three major skills are necessary;proper selection for the system components,understanding of the design method and capability to meet problems that come up when these components are built up to the system. Especially,the skill is practical knowledge acquired by careful observation of phenomena because,according to the combination of components,various problems take place.Usually, a system is built up gradually with the repeat of modification and improvement based on designer's knowledge. This system improvement method called PDCA cycle is used for not only the system development but also mundane problems. However,beginners for system design do not always recognize the cycle because human usually dose the cycle subconsciously. In this paper,we describe the education to cultivate the awareness of PDCA cycle and its effect. Object student recorded a sequence of own thought between understanding to the solving. This method is effectively as introduction of PDCA cycle.
