携帯電話機の長時間通話、小型化が要求されている。通話時間を長くするためには、送信機の出力段の損失を小さくし、消費電力を減らす事が1つの解決策である。今回、送信フィルタの周波数帯域を可変にしたデュープレクサを開発し、携帯電話機に実装、評価し、低消費電力化を確認したので報告する。
