Abstract

Raising requirement to secure quality and amount of professional practitioners in social work, the expectancy to not only leaders in site but also schools of certified social worker becomes higher than before. In professional development, especially on-the-job training plays a big role. Also, cooperation between training schools, training site (facilities and organization), users and trainees becomes indispensable. This paper reports current situations and issues of on-the-job training of Certified Care Worker, Certified Social Worker, and Certified Psychiatric Social Worker, respectively.
