Description

Removal disc-media equipment, it can exchange or offer mass information, has been grown up with high density year by year. Since spindle motor affect the performance of the equipment, various requirements are existing. On the other hand, various difficult subjects which are impossible to solve by current method are increasing little by little, such as, low vibration, tilting accuracy, high endurable rigidity for any poor quality disc, centering mechanism for DVD disc etc. We have established some new element technology which are hydro-fluid bearing, surface correcting method, rotor frame unified with turn table included centering mechanism in the body and so on, and have succeeded to develop the new motor which can correspond to the above mentioned subjects.
