Description

JCSAT1号衛星を利用した遠隔会議において, 発言者を制御するHUB局を使用せず, VSAT局同士が互いに発言権を獲得し, 発言し合う遠隔会議システムを提案する. これは, VSAT局IDUのシリアル制御回線と計算機を接続し, 衛星回線を通じて互いのIDUにメッセージを送り, 発言局が制御局の役割をしながら順次交替していく形式の遠隔会議システムである. 画像用と制御用の2つの周波数だけで多対多の遠隔会議を実現できる. まだ, 発言局の回線利用切替中は捕捉効果を利用する.
