Description
不揮発性メモリの書換え時に必要なプラスまたはマイナスの高電圧を低電源電圧1.5Vから効率良く発生させるチャージポンプタイプの昇圧回路を提案した.そして,従来のDicson型チャージポンプでは発生できない高電圧を発生することができることをシミュレーション及び0.18μmプロセスLSIで確認した.
