本論文では, COMFETにより構成される電圧電流変換回路(VIC)にカレントミラー回路を付加することにより線形入力範囲の広いVICを提案する.次にその応用として4象限動作可能なOTAを実現する.これらはPSpiceにより動作を確認した.
