本調査は，2018年度卒業・修了予定者の就職・採用選考活動の実態を把握することにより，来年度以降の就職・採用活動の円滑な実施に資することを目的として実施した。

有効回答件数：9,843人 内訳：大学4年生7,575人 大学院修士課程（博士前期課程）2年生2,268人
