説明
Abstract 1. 1. Adenosine 3',5'-monophosphate (cAMP)-phosphodiesterase from unfertilized sea urchin eggs was found to be composed of the catalytic subunit and the activator protein. 2. 2. After fertilization, they began to associate with each other with an increase in the intracellular concentration of cAMP and formed 2 types of highly active cAMP-phosphodiesterase. 3. 3. The activator protein dissociated from the catalytic subunit with a decrease in the intracellular cAMP concentration.
