Description

Abstract 1. 1. Adenylate kinase activity was determined in submandibular and parotid glands of rat, guinea pig, mouse and rabbit. 2. 2. Species and organ specificities in intracellular distribution and specific activity of enzyme were observed. 3. 3. Adenylate kinase activity in the supernatant fraction of rat submandibular gland showed a marked decrease from fetus to adult.
