Least squares adaptive equalizer using analytic signals
説明
A least-squares (LS) adaptive transversal equalizer includes prefilters which act as the analytic signal transformers. Although the adaptive filter must be performed on complex-valued arithmetic, it requires much fewer arithmetic operations than the common LS algorithm. In the extremely ill-conditioned environments, encountered in channel equalization, the complex adaptive filter provides faster convergence and numerically more accurate estimation than the common LS adaptive filter. The advantage is a capable of reducing the condition number of the channel-correlation matrix. >
