説明
Abstract 1. 1. When fresh water eels were adapted to sea water, the basal activity (without NaCl and MgCl 2 ) of alkaline phosphatase in intestinal mucosa increased. This increase was not observed after hypophysectomy. 2. 2. A higher activation by 500 mM NaCl and a lower activation by 5 mM MgCl 2 were obtained in sea water-adapted eels than in fresh water eels, independently of the hypophysis. 3. 3. Composition of the environmental salts which induced the changes above was examined.
