Food flavor engineering using ELF small magnetic field

Description

We found that numerical values of the electric conductivity (20 degree C) of various commercially available soup are close to that of the Ringer's solution. Application of an ELF magnetic field or setting on a magnetized particles disc reduced hysteresis loop area of measured conductivity temperature characteristics of solution food and improved the flavor and taste. Caspian-Sea yogurt were well cultured on an agar media set on a magnetized particles disc changing temperature from zero to the room temperature.
