説明
A 45-year-old man amputated his right thumb with an industrial toothed wheel, causing a large defect between hand and amputated thumb. We performed primary reconstructive replantation as follows: iliac bone graft, nerve graft, vein graft for artery and vein, and posterior interosseous island flap. After three months, he was able to return to work with the use of his thumb restored.
