Choriocarcinoma Coexisting with Adenocarcinoma in the Pars Interstitialis of the Oviduct:A Case Report

<jats:title>Synopsis</jats:title><jats:p>Double cancer, especially choriocarcinoma and adenocarcinoma, is rarely seen. Choriocarcinoma coexisting with adenocarcinoma in the interstitial part of the oviduct was found in a 45‐year‐old Japanese woman. She was initially treated for ectopic pregnancy. On the 16th postoperative day, however, she suddenly fell into a comatose state and died from a brain hemorrhage caused by metastasis of the choriocarcinoma.</jats:p><jats:p>This is the first reported case of a rare combination of these two carcinomas.</jats:p>
