Improvement of lasing threshold of ink-jet printed polymeric microdisk cavity by precise controlled wet etching

With well-controlled wet etching process, under-cut structure of ink-jet printed microdisk was successfully formed and we succeeded in lowering the lasing threshold by 10 times, compared with the one on a substrate. © 2019 The Author(s)
