Lightwave filter architectures-a mapping technique of power-wave digital filters

説明

Lightwave filter architectures are derived from power-wave digital filters by a simple mapping technique described in discrete-time lossless scattering description. The filter architectures are of modular array structures and are equipped with a pair of power-complementary output terminals. Since the lightwave filters ideally have no insertion loss, they are suitable for analysis/synthesis filter bank implementations for optical frequency-division multiplexing. >
