Description

Abstract NICER is a package of FORTRAN subroutines to solve standard and generalized eigen-problems for dense real-symmetric matrices, and is superior in speed to either EISPACK or other comparable routines. The advantage is noteworthy in iterative computations. The package is available from the Quantum Chemistry Program Exchange.
