Almost packet loss-free asynchronous, variable-length optical packet switch with WDM buffering
説明
A novel optical switch architecture supporting asynchronous and variable-length packets is proposed. Output contention is resolved by WDM optical delay line buffer, achieving negligible packet loss probability. Photonic label processing enables ultra-fast routing and buffering.
