Blood Volume Signal Analysis with Empirical Mode Decomposition
説明
Biomedical observations are often coupled nonlinear processes with superimposed in- tereferences and noise. The nature of the signal and noise, as well as the data acquisition method exclude the usage of classical linear techniques. Empirical mode decomposition is used to denoise a blood volume signal. The denoising performance, although evaluated only visualy, presents several desirable characteristics such as the ability to associate the physical meaning to the components of the decomposed signal.upled nonlinear processes with superimposed intereferences and noise.
